WE BUILD AVANT-GARDE ARCHITECTURE
REINTERPRETING THE EXISTING
At Goodbye2000, we view each new construction project in Valencia as an opportunity to create homes and spaces that combine design, functionality and the vibrant character of this Mediterranean city. We accompany our clients throughout the entire process: from analysing the plot and defining the architectural project to managing licences and overseeing construction, always with a comprehensive and personalised approach.
We design contemporary homes that reflect the identity of Valencia, integrating urban modernity with sustainable and Mediterranean solutions. Our projects take advantage of natural light, orientation and the social life characteristic of the city, seeking a balance between innovation, comfort and energy efficiency.
For Goodbye2000, architecture in Valencia is not just about building, but about creating spaces with personality, capable of improving quality of life, expressing the essence of each client and contributing to the architectural legacy of a city in constant evolution.
Renovations in Valencia
At Goodbye2000, we see every renovation in Valencia as an opportunity to transform a home and adapt it to the needs of modern life without sacrificing its essence. We analyse the existing structure, layout and finishes in detail to propose solutions that provide functionality, comfort and contemporary design.
Our projects take advantage of Valencia’s natural light and orientation, optimise spaces and improve energy efficiency, while adding value to each property. We manage the entire process comprehensively: from design and choice of materials to construction management, guaranteeing deadlines, quality and a result that is faithful to the initial proposal.
Commercial and experiences in Valencia
At Goodbye2000, we collaborate with companies, brands and entrepreneurs in Valencia to design commercial premises, offices and hospitality spaces that convey identity and create unique experiences for customers and visitors. Our approach combines architecture, interior design and business strategy to create places that strengthen the connection with the public.
We develop each project in a personalised way: from the modernisation of a shop in the historic centre of Valencia to the design of a restaurant or coworking space in neighbourhoods undergoing transformation, such as Ruzafa or El Carmen. We are committed to sustainable solutions and innovative materials, creating urban, functional environments with a contemporary style that enhances the value of each brand.

After several years of working with different design teams, he decided to continue learning and expand his creative horizons.
He studied a Master’s Degree in Art Direction: Film, TV and Performing Arts at Barreira Arte + Diseño, where he came into contact with the world of audiovisual production, thus broadening his vision. Together with Javier, he founded Goodbye2000 in 2023.
Study
Goodbye2000 was born from the collaboration between Sergio and Javier, two young creators who, through our work as a designer and architect, promote and share our own unique way of understanding life.
Our approach to work consists of addressing the needs presented to us with empathy and absolute honesty, with originality and freshness.
Over the years, we have jointly built a world of references that form the basis of the work we do at Goodbye2000.
We contribute our experience and artistic background, always reinterpreting what we already know and what already exists, thus offering solutions with maximum added value, where the functional and the artistic coexist.
Our success lies in improving our clients’ quality of life by offering projects that always stem from constant listening and dialogue with them.
