Originally built in the 1970s, the house had become fragmented after multiple additions, losing spatial clarity and its connection to the garden and surrounding landscape.
The intervention is based on a precise action: to organise and unify. A new curved envelope redefines the volume of the house, softening its edges and concealing the original pitched roofs. This continuous gesture introduces calm, coherence and a renewed way of inhabiting the space.
Interior areas open towards the garden, pool and natural light, while pergolas and terraces create intermediate spaces that extend domestic life into the landscape.
Casa Benimodo becomes a serene and timeless home, where formal clarity creates a balanced relationship between architecture, light and everyday living.
