In this renovation project of a house more than 100 years old in Valencia, the main premise has been to transform a traditional typology, which enclosed the spaces in a multitude of small rooms, into a spacious apartment expressly designed for a young couple with much more modern touches and multiple references to the use of color, already present through its original hydraulic tile floors. Most of the existing elements that have been found have been preserved, giving the apartment a very generous spatiality in part thanks to the original sloping roofs.
The vast majority of the apartment is now a large open-plan living area organized in different sectors. The kitchen is the central place of the house. The two bedrooms are located at the ends. We access a beautiful terrace through a new spiral staircase.
Under construction.
