Casa a Beniver is a newly built single-family home located on a sloping plot with open views of the Mediterranean landscape.

The project seeks a balance between contemporary geometry and traditional materiality, reinterpreting local architectural elements such as stone walls, pitched roofs and intermediate spaces that connect interior and exterior.

The house is arranged over two stepped levels that adapt to the natural topography. The main living spaces are located on the upper floor, opening onto a terrace with a swimming pool, while the lower level forms a stone base and access point.

Natural stone, handcrafted ceramics and wood create a warm and timeless atmosphere, where light and shadow enhance a sense of calm and privacy.

Casa Beniver proposes an honest and essential architecture, deeply connected to its surroundings, climate and a slower way of living.
