Goodbye2000 was born from the coming together of Sergio and Javier, two young creatives who, through our work as a designer and an architect, share and advocate for our own distinctive way of understanding life and the way we inhabit it.
Our approach is based on addressing the needs that arise with closeness and absolute honesty, while bringing originality and freshness to each project. Over the years, we have jointly built a world of references that forms the foundation of the work we do at Goodbye2000.
We contribute our experience and artistic background, always reinterpreting what we already know and what already exists in order to build something new. We are not interested in following formulas or reproducing styles, but in finding the identity of each individual project, bringing together the functional and the artistic.
Our aim is to improve our clients’ quality of life by creating projects that always emerge from an ongoing process of listening and dialogue with them.

We manage every new-build project from start to finish, from the purchase of the land right through to the handover of the keys. Retail and Experiences
We help you, your business or organisation to transform spaces lacking in charm and character into extraordinary experiences. We breathe new life into and reinterpret places by infusing them with creativity through a conceptual narrative, not only capturing the attention of customers or visitors but also adding value to every brand, product or event. We apply clear concepts of brand identity and business ideas to spaces, bringing them to life.
Hospitality & Hotels
We design and refurbish hotels and tourist accommodation that combine architecture, interior design, functionality and comfort. We aim to create spaces with a distinct identity that are both functional and comfortable, paying close attention to every detail, from the layout to the materials, lighting and atmosphere. We view hospitality projects not only as architectural creations capable of creating memorable experiences, but also as designs that must be practical, durable and viable.

Sergio Espinosa Pérez
Sergio Espinosa Pérez has a natural sensitivity towards art and design, together with a particular interest in the quality of spaces.
In 2016, he completed his studies in Interior Design at the School of Art and Higher Design of Valencia (EASD).
After several years working as part of different design teams, he continues to expand his education and explore new creative languages. He completed a Master’s Degree in Art Direction: Film, Television and Performing Arts at Barreira Arte + Diseño, where he came into contact with the world of audiovisual production and broadened his perspective on the creation of spaces, images and experiences.
From the beginning, design became a way of expressing his way of observing and understanding the world. The spaces around him are a constant source of inspiration: light, materials, proportions, objects and the relationships between them can evoke a particular feeling.

Javier Pérez Puchalt
Javier Pérez Puchalt, co-founder of Goodbye2000, brings the architectural perspective to the team. Committed and rigorous, he combines a creative approach with a strong ability to develop and manage projects.
He graduated from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland) in 2017 and obtained a PhD in Architecture from the University of Bologna, Italy, and the Université Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium, in 2024.
His education and professional experience in countries such as Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Chile and Switzerland have shaped an open and international perspective, bringing a broad universe of references and different ways of understanding architecture into the creative process.
Research plays an important role in both his way of working and the studio’s methodology. His profile allows him to approach each project through analysis, reflection and the search for new responses, regardless of its scale, nature or complexity.
