At the heart of Benetússer, Somnis de paper becomes much more than a bookstore: a meeting place where books coexist with the cultural life of the community.

The project transforms a former bank branch into a warm, open, and flexible space, designed to accommodate both the everyday life of the bookstore and presentations, workshops, and cultural events. A large counter and two islands organize the central space, while a continuous perimeter route brings together the different sections and surrounds the interior with books.

The material palette reinforces its domestic and approachable character. Aqua-green ceramic tiles, natural pine wood, and a subtly textured floor create a warm and calm atmosphere. Suspended paper lamps add a playful gesture above the central area, contrasting with the more restrained lighting of the reading zones.

A bookstore conceived as a cultural space, a place to gather, and an active part of its community.
